The Parker Hotel has 51 elegantly appointed guest rooms featuring one king or two queen size beds. Within the guest rooms, we have two types of guest rooms that allow for fresh Colorado air for you to choose from depending on your length of stay and the occasion.
We have 2 different rooms for your consideration at The Parker Hotel. The following is a description of our balcony room:
Pike’s Peak King Balcony
In this suite-like room, guests can take in the fresh Colorado air on their step-out balcony with seating for two and views of Pikes Peak. An exquisitely appointed guest room featuring one king-sized bed with a high-backed occasional chair and a desk for returning emails.
Northern Plains King Balconette
In this room, guests can take in the fresh Colorado air on their Juliet balconies. This exquisitely appointed guest suite features one king bedroom with a high-backed occasional chair and a desk for returning emails.
Our rooms have modern comforts that you would expect including 55” LCD televisions, mini-fridge, in-room Keurig coffeemakers, Wi-Fi, bedside lamps with charging pad, flexible workspace, in-cabinet safe, hairdryer, backlit vanity mirrors, available irons and board, and available yoga mats.
Our guest rooms mainly consist of walk-in showers with a small ledge/step into the shower. In addition, our ADA rooms have accessible showers, lowered beds and lowered vanities with wheelchair accessibility.
Yes, the guest rooms do have safes. They are cabinet safes for which you create your own security code. The safes are approximately 18″ x 6″ — large enough to accommodate numerous electronic devices.
Each of our guest rooms have a firm pillow and a softer pillow made of a down feather mix. If you are allergic to feathers, please contact guest services at (720) 572-1910 and we can arrange for foam pillows in your guest room prior to your arrival at The Parker.
Our rooms have a refrigerator.
We do not have connecting rooms.
Yes, we have a variety of rooms based on your needs for accessibility including roll-in showers, hearing impaired, lowered guest beds and lowered vanities that accommodate a wheelchair.
Yes, The Parker Hotel is a dog-friendly hotel. We charge a $75 non-refundable deposit, which includes a maximum of two pets. Please keep your dog on a leash when walking inside and around The Parker Hotel.
We are locally-owned and an Independent Boutique Hotel. We are a Lifestyle Preferred Hotel & Resort. Preferred Hotels represent independent hotels and require that each of its member hotels conform to the Preferred Standards of Excellence™.

We offer free parking in the L-shaped lot behind the building and street-side parking. During busy restaurant hours, we offer complimentary valet to our guests.
Our Pikes Peak King room, Northern Plains King room and our Double Queen guest rooms are set-up with a desk you can utilize for emails.
We have pack-n-plays available. Please call guest services at (720) 572-1910 to make arrangements to have one placed in your room prior to arrival.
We offer The Douglas Kitchen & Cocktails restaurant which showcases seasonal elevated comfort food designed for guests to enjoy on any occasion. The menu consists of signature appetizers, main plates, and ingredients that are sourced locally and creatively constructed. Guests can grab a hearty breakfast at Doug’s Diner, independently owned and located just outside our lobby.
There is no dress code, although The Douglas Kitchen & Cocktails is more of a fine dining experience (no jacket required).

Yes, we offer a limited menu from The Douglas Kitchen and Cocktails. Room service hours are from 4 pm – 9 pm.
Yes, we do have a bar located within The Douglas Kitchen and Cocktails. The bar offers an extensive wine list featuring over 100 labels, crafted cocktails, and local beers from breweries within Colorado. The bar opens at 4 pm daily and closes anywhere from 9 pm – 10 pm.

Leffy’s Cigar Emporium has a state-of-the-art temperature and humidity controlled walk-in Cigar Humidor, offering over two thousand premium cigars to choose from. Come in, take your time and find the perfect cigar for any occasion. Cigars are for in-store sales only and cannot be purchased via the internet.

Parker is host to many Mainstreet festivals including Sunday Farmer’s Market, Fourth of July Celebration, ParkerDays. There is H2O’Brien Water Park, Discovery Park Water Play Fountains, and Winter Ice Trails. There are also boutiques, which have family-friendly merchandise in addition to ice cream parlors. We are in the heart of Parker, CO, 20 miles south of downtown Denver which is approximately 20 – 30 minutes depending on the time of day.
We are 23 miles from Denver International Airport (Code: DEN). The Denver International Airport offers many direct flights to major cities including London. DIA can be quite crowded during peak travel times. Allow plenty of time to navigate throughout the airport, including the trains that take you to each terminal.

We offer free parking in the L-shaped lot behind the building and street-side parking. During busy restaurant hours, we offer complimentary valet to our guests.
We do not currently have access to a vehicle charging station. There is a charging station 1 mile away (3 minute drive) at SemaConnect Charging Station | 10495 S Progress Way, Parker CO 80134.
Typically, these costs may vary depending on the time of year, number of guests in the vehicle, and distance. For rideshare (Uber/Lyft), you should anticipate spending $50-$60 one way + gratuity.

Guest services can reach out to our in-house team to do a search for any lost items that may be missing. We keep all lost and found items for 30 days and then donate to a local charity. Items can be mailed via UPS with a guest credit card.
No, we are a 100% smoke-free hotel and environment including our guest rooms and outdoor patios.
Our check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. We certainly will do our best to provide early check-ins and late departures although this is based on availability and not guaranteed.
Yes, we do have luggage storage available for guests prior to check-in and afterwards at no additional charge so you can take advantage of all there is to do in the Parker Area.

Yes, we place a hold for the room and tax +$200 per day for incidentals. It can take 7–10 business days upon departure for the authorization to be returned to your bank account.
The minimum age for a guest to check-in to The Parker is 21-years-old.
Yes, children do stay free up to age 18.
Our fitness center is located on the first floor of the hotel near the exit by the parking lot and has 24-hour room key access. Fitness equipment includes free weights, treadmills, yoga mats, elliptical, bicycles, and bands.
We have 27+ miles of jogging paths around Parker Hotel. The entrance to Cherry Creek Trail is located one block west of the hotel. In addition, Parker has over 250 acres of developed parkland, the closest being Bar CCC Park, located on the southwest corner of Twenty Mile and Mainstreet.
No, there is no outdoor or indoor pool at The Parker Hotel.

Yes, we have the Roosevelt Meeting Room which is 1000 square feet, tech-forward, accommodates 60 people, and is located right off the main lobby. Also, we have The Summit that can accommodate a maximum of 60 guests and sits on the west side of the building on the fourth floor, offering an elevated vantage point of the Front Range. Our intimate Hospitality Suite accommodates up to 10 people and can be set as a bridal suite, a board room, or a one-on-one executive meeting space. We can accommodate any size group from 2 guests to 60 depending on the setup requirements, type of event that you are hosting, and specifications required.
We do allow this although we have and can provide the services onsite to make your meeting seamless with our preferred in-house audiovisual provider. We are capable of having virtual meetings, including full recordings of the meeting, and are happy to provide an estimate. If you determine that you would prefer to utilize your audiovisual team there may be a minimal fee accessed.
No, we do not allow for outside food and beverage. The only exception is the wedding and groom’s cake at a wedding reception. You can have a bakery bring in a cake from an outside vendor when it is arranged prior to the day of the wedding.

We are a short distance to the Denver Tech Center. It is approximately 13 miles, which is typically a 15-minute drive.
Yes, however all filming and photography requests must be approved by the Public Relations department and supervised by a hotel PR representative. This includes all public areas and guest rooms. Working media is advised to please contact the Public Relations Department in advance of their stay to require clearance of professional photo/video equipment via sales@theparkerhotel.com.

Colorado Horse Park is a 15-minute drive from The Parker Hotel.
Castlewood Canyon is a beautiful Colorado State Park, 5 miles south of Parker near Franktown. It is a great location for hiking, mountain biking, birding, and so much more.
Parker is home to the Vehicle Vault and Garage, which is not your average car museum. The gallery is a unique and beautiful building housing a fabulous collection of rare and exotic automobiles from all over the world. It is located 1 mile from The Parker, which is around a 2-minute drive.The Denver Broncos training facility is within a 7 mile radius of the hotel and is 15 minutes away.
